Known for their nutty sweetness and robust, sweet‑briny meat, they mature in floating bags for over a year, developing deep cups and firm shells. Hydraulic ramps move the bags efficiently, supporting optimal growth. Available in cocktail (2.5–3″) and choice (3–3.5″) sizes.
