Love Shuck

Love Shuck Oysters

Love Shuck oysters are 2.5–3″ cocktail oysters grown in the cold, nutrient rich waters of the Damariscotta River in Maine. Raised by Dodge Cove Marine Farm, Maine’s oldest working oyster farm, they are shaped by strong tides, ancient granite channels, and generations of shellfish farming expertise.

The result is a deep cupped, well balanced oyster with dense meat and a clean finish that reflects the river’s distinctive character.
