Founded in 2006, Norumbega Oysters grows some of the finest oysters on the Damariscotta River in midcoast Maine. Available in cocktail (2.5 – 3″) and choice (3 – 3.5″) sizes, Norumbegas offer a balance of sweet and salty minerality thanks to the Damariscotta’s brackish tidal flow.
